For EACH ADDITIONAL UPDATE (the first update is free of charge):
Additional REPORT & DOSSIER update based on newly disclosed information for the same association (same transaction) within 30 days of the initial review for that association (transaction).

Regular order ($275): receive the REPORT update within three days from the time Disclosure Line receives the newly disclosed information.
Rush order ($450): receive the REPORT update within one day from the time Disclosure Line receives the newly disclosed information.

For EACH ADDITIONAL ASSOCIATION:
The owner of a unit is sometimes a member of more than one association. Disclosure Line will inform its client when this is the situation. Disclosure Line recommends that you order a review for each Additional Association using the selection below.
For each Additional Association, the review consists of the Disclosure Line REPORT, the DOSSIER (Association Disclosures organized in a single file along with the REPORT(s), and more), Q&A, and one REPORT & DOSSIER update free of charge based on newly disclosed information.
Regular order ($575): receive the REPORT within three days from the time Disclosure Line receives the HOA disclosures.
Rush order ($750): receive the REPORT within one day from the time Disclosure Line receives the HOA disclosures.

DOCUMENTS TO SUBMIT for each ADDITIONAL ASSOCIATION:
Upon placing an order, please submit the following items to Disclosure Line (dosc@disclosureline.com):
- HOA Disclosures,
- Preliminary title report (preferably with hyperlinks),
- Demand (or similar document) including the request for documents to the association.
